Amity Baseball
Introduction to Baseball the Amity Way:

Two years ago, our organization saw the need to introduce a program to teach 4 & 5 year olds the game of baseball.  This past year, under my own supervision, this division had 50 children.   The program was a huge success and all the children learned the basics of the game.

I am returning once again to teach the young players, which is what I love to do.  As president of Amity, teaching these young players is the heart of our program.  The growth and improvement week to week is joyful to see.

This season I will be teaching two different sections in the Mite Division.  Since a lot of players are still not ready for the next step (Peanut Division), I have made an advanced mite training schedule.  Below is a sample weekend training schedule both for new mites and repeat players.

Our motto, especially with our “newbies” is to have fun.  Good luck in the new season, and I guarantee your child will have an enjoyable time while learning the game of baseball.
